This page leads to our repairs and maintenance reporting system. The system allows occupants of HCR Tenanted properties and HCR Managed Properties to report issues at their property at any time of day or night.
Please note: For MOD tenants, whose contracts were through HCR, but are now through Mears Group, please contact repair.enquiry@mearsgroup.co.uk for maintenance issues.
If you have an HCR Licence to Occupy where HCR is providing you or your employer with accommodation or you know that your property is being managed by HCR Group, then this service is for you. If you are not in this category, we would suggest you contact the Landlord or Managing Agent with your property issues.
You will find the HCR’s Repair Reporting system provides you with not only the opportunity to report issues but useful hints and tips to solve immediate or minor issues. In addition, you can view the system in 40 different languages. On the top line of the page, click on the world icon next to ‘English’ and you will be presented with language choices.
The more information you can provide the better. You can even send us photos via the system if it would help.
Any non-urgent property issues reported out of our office hours will be dealt with the following working day. For genuine emergencies, details are given with the Maintenance system of who to contact and the HCR out of hours emergency helpline.
